We are currently offering a $100 signing bonus on an employee's first check as well as a $250 service award that will be paid out around the end of the year.

Essential Functions

  • Eagerly engage customers in conversation regarding Nourish Department items
  • Help to recommend items for customer specifications and specialty diets
  • Stock and face shelf products and displays, rotating products appropriately
  • Clean and maintain work areas on an ongoing basis including shelves, displays and isles
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties/Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

The employee must have the ability to: speak and hear, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with their hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must have the ability to stand for prolonged periods where wet processes are used, wear protective footwear, wear personal protective equipment (including gloves and a mask at all times), and work in extreme temperatures. The employee will be exposed to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and other power equipment. The employee must have the ability to frequently lift and move up to 50.

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position; days, nights and weekends are required

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma, or equivalent training and experience required
  • Minimum of one year natural healthcare experience preferred
  • Health and wellness certification(s) - preferred
