Plants can be used as a modality to promote an overall feeling of well-being and improve general health, or more specifically, as a means to meet defined treatment and rehabilitation goals with documented outcomes. Creative, multi-sensory experiences centered in fostering a restorative relationship between people and plants cultivate self-awareness and connect people to each other and the natural world, building positive relationships and community that support the healing process.
Join Sarah Croscutt for this informative and dynamic hands-on class that explores the role of natural landscapes and plants in facilitating self-awareness, connection, community, healing, well-being, and wholeness.
