Are you suffering from physical and mental health challenges associated with female hormone imbalance?

Do you find yourself feeling happy at some times, and then other times, wanting to punch someone in the nose?

Mindful meditation and aromatherapy can help you experience relief from the uncomfortable physical and emotional side effects of hormone imbalances.

In this interactive session lead by Dr. Jessica Norris and Gin Carter, you will learn:

  • How hormone imbalance can adversely affect your body and mind.
  • How meditation techniques and essential oils can help balance your feminine energy both physically and spiritually.
  • Three ways to pair essential oils with mindfulness techniques to help you take the 'moan' out of hormones and harness, embrace, and empower your inner goddess!

The material in this presentation is not meant to take the place of diagnosis and treatment by a qualified medical practitioner. All recommendations are believed to be effective, but since actual use of essential oils by others is beyond the presenter's control, no expressed or implied guarantee as to the effects of their use can be given nor liability taken.
