For the many impacted by grief and loss, the holiday season can be especially challenging. Led by Anne Moss Rogers, this practical, community workshop offers strategies for managing the pain of loss.

This workshop is for:

  • The bereaved, caregivers, and loved ones of the bereaved

Desired outcomes:

  • Learn how to manage emotions around how others speak of and perceive your loss
  • Learn coping strategies in an interactive environment to help you manage the pain of loss
  • Learn how others have moved through grief in a healthy and productive way

Anne will facilitate breakout rooms during this Zoom event, so there will be some interaction and talking with other attendees. (Since this will be the first time she's using this feature, patience is of course welcomed :)

There is no cost to participate in this virtual workshop, but Anne would appreciate those who are able to put some money in the "tip jar" to help cover her operating costs, including her website and software expenses that amount to thousands annually. Or, we invite you to purchase Anne's book. Either is appreciated, if you are blessed with that ability. If you don’t have the means, please don’t worry. We’d love to have you regardless.

About Anne Moss Rogers

Anne is an emotionally naked TEDx speaker, and author of the Book, Diary of a Broken Mind. She raised two boys, Richard and Charles, and lost her youngest son, Charles, to substance use disorder and suicide on June 5, 2015. Anne helps people foster a culture of connection to prevent suicide, reduce substance misuse, and find life after loss. Her motivational, training, and workshop topics include suicide prevention, addiction, mental illness, and grief. As talented and funny as Charles was, letting other people know they matter was his greatest gift, and now the legacy Anne carries forward in her son's memory.
