To Order Your Groceries Online:

- Login / Register
- Need an account? Register
- Enter email and password
- Check “Email my receipts”
- Enter first and last name
- Sign Up
- Check email* for verification code and enter where prompted (*Be sure to check Spam folder)
- Browse website and add items to cart
- When ready to check out, click cart button in top right corner
- Order Now
- Choose “Pickup $4.99”
- Select a Date and a Time and click Continue
- Select a payment method and enter payment information
- Review and confirm order. Click Confirm Order to place the order.
Curbside pick-up is offered from 10AM - 6PM, Tuesday through Sunday. Groceries will be ready for pick-up within 3 hours of your order. (We are currently not offering curbside pick-up on Mondays.)
There is a $50 minimum per order.
We will do our best to fulfill your order, but some items may be out of stock. If that is the case, you will not be charged for that item.
Sometimes we experience higher traffic that can delay our curbside service -- please wait until you receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order is ready. Then, simply head our way, park in one of our designated parking spaces along the fenceline, and call us at 804-519-3216. We'll bring your groceries to you in short order!

Is the store still open or are you just online?
Yes, the Ellwood's is open. Our store hours are 7AM – 8PM daily. For your safety, if you visit our store, please remember to maintain social distance (6 feet) from our staff and other customers and consider wearing a protective mask and gloves.
Are the prices online different from store prices?
Online prices are identical to store prices, including any specials or sales.
Do you deliver?
Not now. By offering pickup service only, we can accommodate more orders.
May I give you my reusable bags for packing up the groceries?
Unfortunately, no. We aren’t accepting personal bags at this time.
May I use an Ellwood Thompson's gift card online?
Unfortunately, no. We accept debit or credit cards online.
What happens if you are out of something on my order?
We will do our best to fulfill your order, but some items may be out of stock. We will not charge you for items that are out of stock.
Do I pay online or when I pick up?
Online. We charge your card once we have assembled your order. Your charge will include the pickup fee.
Can you take phone orders?
Unfortunately, no. We don’t have enough staff to take phone orders, right now. Please ask a family member, neighbor or friend to place your order online for you.
Can I order beer and wine online?
Yes. An Ellwood's steward will ask for your ID upon pick-up.
