If you've experienced a monthly cycle, you’ve probably experienced symptoms that could include fatigue, cramps, bloating, irregular bleeding, headaches, PMS…the list seems to go on and on.

How exciting that our bodies are communicating with us!

In Ayurveda, symptoms are simply information that we use as a road map to get to the root of discomfort and dis-ease. We can follow this naturally intelligent guidance system to pinpoint what and where to balance in order to heal from the inside out.

Join Parham Neal-Pishko, RYT and Ayurveda Wellness Guide, to learn what this ancient Indian medicine called Ayurveda is all about! Find out how you can support your rhythm through the practices of Ayurveda, what’s happening in each week of your moon cycle, and what to eat for your ideal, healthy flow. You’ll leave empowered with food lists, seed cycling, supportive herbs, and more.

Class Details

The class will start at 6 PM and involve an interactive lecture for about 30 minutes. After the lecture, Parham would love to open the floor up to questions and discussion.

About Parham

Parham is a 200- RYT and an active member of Yoga Alliance. She is currently enrolled in Divine Feminine Ayurveda training through The Shakti School and receives her Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach certification in 2021. In another life, Parham is a Montessori middle school STEM teacher.

"I have been practicing asana for twenty five years, and I found the practice of yoga about five years ago. Wait…what?

In 2016, I found myself at a mental and spiritual crossroads. The silver lining of soul-fracturing experiences is that these cracks let the light in. My asana practice went from its familiar physical focus to something much deeper and more profound. Suddenly, I understood what my teachers had been talking about all of those years. What happens on the mat is just a reflection of your bigger picture. Yoga practice is life practice.

I had gotten really good at giving from an empty cup- and most of the time, I was the only one that noticed. One day, a mentor asked me a question that caused a shift. If this is you on empty, imagine what you could do for others if your cup was FULL first? (Does this sound familiar?)

My purposeful passion is to provide scaffolding as you build a new foundation, to hold the light as you (re)ignite in these natural cycles of dark…to pay it forward. My chosen work is to serve and connect while holding space for growth.

My promise to you is that I will continue to seek knowledge in order to expand my service and offerings to you. Luuma Ayurveda Wellness one-on-one guidance and group offerings will be available in December 2021.

I will always hold space for you- for your strength and your struggle.

Thank you for being part of my journey and for letting me be part of yours.
