This talk will touch on the history of stress & anxiety in our culture, different culturally-appropriate strategies, the important role of nutrition in alleviating chronic stress, & much more. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the root cause of anxiety as well as tools to improve your mind-body connection, including a guided meditation.

She is a member of the American Association of Bioethics and Humanities, American Holistic Nurses Association and Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine and is a long-time practitioner of holistic medicine. and believes “to nourish is to flourish”.
