Description

Should you be eating for two?  What is folate and where are you supposed to find it?  Pregnancy is an exhilarating time in a woman’s life that can also be met with a lot of confusion, uncertainty and plenty of differing opinions and unsolicited advice.  Join Alexandra at this free event as she separates fact from fiction during the first trimester of pregnancy.  Walk away with a more comprehensive understanding of the first trimester as well as the transformational journey you are on towards motherhood.  Participants will receive complementary handouts at the end of the session with recommended foods for the first trimester along with favorite first trimester recipes.

This four part Mama In The Makin’ Nutrition Series for pregnancy is designed to provide nutritional information as well as holistic health and wellness resources to women who are thinking of conceiving, are currently trying to conceive or are pregnant at present.  While the series was created with these women in mind, Alexandra invites anyone to attend these sessions, one or all!  All are welcome, partners too!
