It’s time to talk about elimination!
HCB2 loves to talk about consuming restorative nutrients, but what we eliminate, or do not eliminate, may be more important. The body is constantly detoxing itself through the bowels, urine, skin and what we consume can help or hinder that process.
Join HCB2 and Dr. Marlisa Hurt to learn about the critical nutrients which support a healthy gut so we digest and move waste effectively and efficiently. You will come away with the revelation that we are what we do not eliminate.
Check out HCB2.org for more information about Hitting Cancer Below the Belt and upcoming events and services.
