Tuesday, March 7th | 5:15 to 6:15PM

Tuesday, March 14th | 5:15 to 6:15PM

Come to one or all! Each Happy Hour stands alone, but together provides the most comprehensive conversation!

Description

Have a glass of wine after work and be a part of the conversation. Join our diverse teaching team at the intersection of science and spirit for a 3-part look at the major correlates of happiness! Come straight from work to enjoy a beverage and explore a particular practice that is known to increase our positive moods. Together for the first time, Christopher, Tammy and Susan will teach participants how strong relationships, gratitude and kindness can help us live happier lives – come for one or all three.

A mixture of lecture, experiential exercise and open conversation. Let the end of your work day build you up for the next work day with one, or all three, of our Happy Hour.
