Grab a seat around the table & join us for a seasonal meal in partnership with & support of our good friend, Tricycle Gardens.

 

With produce fresh from the farm, our chefs will create a locally-sourced, seasonal three-course meal meant to nourish our community, showcase our chefs & Tricycle Gardens‘ amazing produce, and support the mission of Tricycle Gardens.

Tricycle Gardens is a nonprofit organization with a mission to grow healthy food, healthy communities and a healthy local food system. Since breaking ground on their first garden, Tricycle has engaged thousands of neighbors and shown that the simple act of growing food is an incredibly powerful way to change the overall health of our community.

Accompanying the fruit and vegetables from Tricycle will be proteins provided by Milton’s Local.  A similarly mission-driven local partner, Milton’s Local  will provide their all-natural meat, raised through sustainable farming practices that restore our land, from animals that are treated humanely and never raised with antibiotics, hormones, or steroids.

This three-course meal will feature local, organic ingredients where ever possible, and each course will be paired with beer or wine (your choice.)  Chefs Todd and Ingrid will work with what is freshest from Tricycle’s soil, so the menu may be subject to change.  True to our roots, we will have options for both vegans and non-vegan, and every dish will be gluten-free.

Second Course |  Seared Scallops with squash fritters and summer succotash topped with a gremolata

Vegan Second Course  |  Carbonara Spaghetti with zucchini noodles and tofu

Third Course |  Watermelon & Cucumber salad in orange blossom syrup with mint granita

$55.00 per individual or $100 per couple*

*Tickets includes 3-course meal and beer or wine pairing with each course. Cash bar for additional glasses.
