Join the James River Association to learn about the benefits of rain barrels and make one to take home. There is a $65 fee per barrel which must be paid in advance. If you are a certified JRA River Hero Home the cost is only $35 per barrel. Next Level Fitness Instructor Alex Anderson has 200 Hour RYT in Prana Flow Affiliate Teacher Training Program at Ananda Shala Yoga and Pilates Studio in MD. She has worked as a Teacher Training Coordinator for Samudra Yogadventures (Shiva Rea’s personal yoga company.)

Description

This is a gentle version of yoga which is very fluid, with minimal holding poses which are mostly used at the end of the class during stretching. It is a great way to end the week of workouts and stretch the muscles worked during the week while also getting them ready for the week ahead.
