Pam D’Arcy, is a holistic health and lifestyle coach and her mission is to educate and inspire people to find their own unique, healthy, and happy self, enabling them to live life to the fullest. Food plays an integral part in your health and outlook on life, as it can change everything from your mood, sleep patterns, energy level and even how quickly you age.

Pam has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and over 20 years of experience in the corporate environment, coaching and counseling people from CEOs to hourly workers. Trained in nutrition and diet theories at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she also has many years working with food. From growing it, preparing and cooking it, as well as eating it (the best part!), there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all diet. Therefore, Pam is passionate about guiding clients to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support each unique individual and their lifestyles.

Description

Halloween, Thanksgiving, and all the holidays we celebrate with sweets! How do you avoid them? There are the obvious places that we find sugar but in this seminar we’ll find it hiding where it shouldn’t be disguised under different names. We’ll also talk about alternative sweeteners and tips to staying healthy when the tempting treats are flowing.

Her interest in massage began after an accident which made it difficult for her to walk properly.  Since the day she had her first massage, Kimberly has been fascinated and fell in love with the power to heal by therapeutic massage.  Not long after her first massage experience she began to develop an interest in starting her own journey as a massage therapist. Her areas of expertise include Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, and Reflexology.

Teresa has taught the principles of healthy living at a variety of locations in the Richmond area, including the YMCA.

Janice Rackley, RN, is a Richmond native with a background in family and pediatric nursing and elder care.  Being a  survivor of cancer twice, she had devoted herself to discovering and sharing the principles of healthy living.  Her health coaching practice has a strong emphasis on one to one coaching and accountability, individualized to the client’s specific health needs and concerns.

Darlene Clevey, educated and trained in medical social work, is the mother of two college athletes.   She became knowledgeable about the triad approach to outstanding health (proper nutrition, science based supplementation and exercise) while enabling her own children to compete at their optimal level.  To see the benefits in their lives has been gratifying, and as a health coach, Darlene’s focus and passion is to see others achieve their personal health goals and move toward their own healthier lifestyles.
