We are partnering with Shalom Farms to host a Summer’s Farm to Table dinner Wednesday, August 21st from 6:00 to 8:30PM. Shalom Farms will be providing the entire 3 course dinner (vegetarian options available) and our own Chef Michael Grayson will be preparing it

We are partnering with Shalom Farms to host a Summer’s Farm to Table dinner. Shalom Farms will be providing the entire 3 course dinner (vegetarian options available) and our own Chef Michael Grayson will be preparing it.

Course 1

  • Mixed baby Greens w/ Gazpacho Vinaigrette

Course 2

  • Grilled local New York Strip Loin w/ Crisp Zucchini Potato Pancake, Caramelized Sweet Onions and Shiitake Mushrooms

OR

  • Roasted Summer Vegetable Tart w/ Arugula and Charred Tomato Vinaigrette

Course 3

  • Blackberry Parfait w/ Virginia Bourbon Cream
