Description

This workshop takes a holistic approach to beating the heat using seasonal foods, herbs and tips that help you cool down and refresh.   Often the foods we crave are not the foods we need and they may be creating more heat in the long run.  You’ll receive recipes for cooling-foods and sample a refreshing, cooling smoothie.
