Description

Ayurveda is the ancient Indian system of natural, spiritual healing.  Ayurveda gives people the tools to achieve health, happiness, and longevity by learning to live in accordance with nature and their individual constitution.  Ayurveda teaches that herbs and routines for purification are particularly effective in the spring because weather conditions at this time support the body’s natural process of cleansing.  This class teaches simple, practical, and safe Ayurvedic recommendations for cleansing for the three doshas (the three Ayurvedic constitutions: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha).
