Walking on the "Wild" side with Rice?

If you haven’t already, you should take a walk on the wild side with your rice.  Not only is it loaded with tons of health benefits, it just looks so pretty on your plate!  One cool thing to know about Wild Rice is that it is not actually a grain, it is an aquatic grass seed that has been cultivated by Native American’s for many years.  Wild rice has more protein than regular rice and is richer in the amino acid lysine.  Check out some of the health benefits of Wild Rice below.
