Lauren became certified though School Yoga Institute (Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance) at the Mystical Yoga Farm on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.  The permaculture farm focuses on self-sustainability, spiritual healing and meditation.  Another important goal of the farm is to provide fresh organic produce to help support it’s community of yogis.  Solar power, compostable outhouses and the grey water filtration system aid in the ecologically harmonious environment.

During the immersion course lauren studied alignment, adjustment, meditation and the art of teaching.  Special areas of study also included Ayurveda, pranayama, yoga anatomy and philosophy.  Lauren has come back with an abundance of gratitude for practicing and sharing yoga.

Description

Basic Hatha Flow yoga.  This class is for all levels and no experience is necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat.
