Description

Kristina Page, Owner of Nimbus Massage, and her partner therapists, James Arbuckle and Robby Klonicke, will take over the community room for a showcase-style information session about three different types of massage.

Come and visit one or all of the therapists at their “station” and spend a couple of minutes one-on-one. You can ask specific questions and sample a little of the style of massage they are featuring.

Robby Klonicke will sample Reiki. Reiki is a type of energy work that promotes overall well-being and balancing of the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki practitioners use a series of static hand placements on or above the body in areas where the recipient’s energy needs balancing. Reiki works well for people who have emotional or spiritual blockages that they wish to work through.

James Arbuckle will sample Thai Yoga Massage.  Thai Yoga Massage is good for people who like to stretch and be stretched, who are athletic, and who are working to maintain or improve their Range of Motion. This style of massage is performed on a special mat on the floor with the recipient remaining clothed.

Kristina Page will sample Myofascial Techniques. Myofascial work targets the tissues encasing your muscle fibers which can become taut along with the muscles. It can help people with all over tissue tightness, postural imbalances, and looks very promising for people with Fibromyalgia.

Since we are working in a more one-on-one style please pre-register for a time slot on-line at www.nimbus-to-go.lattiss.com. We will allow a few people in at each 30-minute interval so that we may maximize the attention we can give you. Please feel free to leave a comment in the notes section if you have a specific question or need you would like for us to be aware of in advance.
