There are all type of views as to how to understand what you put into your body.

One of the most popular models that seem to be working is by purchasing local foods in-season, you eliminate the environmental damage caused by shipping foods thousands of miles, your food dollar goes directly to the farmer, and your family will be able to enjoy the health benefits of eating fresh meats and fresh unprocessed fruits and vegetables. But it’s  MUCH easier said than done!

Times are a changing! The family cook now must become the EDUCATOR. Understanding what’s going “into” the body and how it got from the farm to you fork can change the way you eat and give you family a better appreciation to what’s put in front of them.

Here’s a fun, light-hearted talk with some unique culinary insights to make a sustainable table easily obtainable for you and your family.
