Description

What is it?

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation technique practiced in a supine position (think nap time).

Why practice?

½ hour has the effect of several hours of restful sleep and improves overall sleep quality.  Both body and mind are relieved of stress and rejuvenated.  Yoga nidra can awaken us to our true nature – uniquely, powerfully and painlessly

Bring your favorite mat/blanket, wear warm comfy clothes, and come prepared to relax completely!
