Please join us for a presentation by Ali Baedke, Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. Registered Dietitian. Ali will discuss “fake” foods: how to spot them, why they are harmful to us, and how we can replace them with real foods. She will discuss eating patterns in the US compared to other indigenous cultures and how rates of chronic illness correlate with diet. Finally, Ali will provide ideas and tips for quick and easy whole foods to replace the food impostors.
