Description

This easy to master Yang style Tai Chi form consists of eight movements repeated in five directions.   Learn to move freely and naturally without stiffness or tension.  The more quiet you become externally, the more energy can move internally.  Because it is a short form, it is easy to experience the inner structure, relaxation, alignment and energy of Tai Chi.
