Hooping is a fun workout, meditative body movement practice and playful dance. Using adult sized weighted hula hoops, Hoop Dance redefines play and can help with coordination, balance, strength, confidence, focus and stress relief/release.
Hoop dance is for ALL so come give it a whirl as Natalie brings you the foundations of Hoop Dance! Core hooping and Off-body movements will be introduced to explore the rhythm of the hoop with our bodies and the ability of the hoop to quiet the mind!
Hoops will be provided for use. No experience necessary to attend.
