At Olli Salumeria they make artisanal slow-cured meats based on original 160-year-old family recipes that were handed down to the 4th-generation Italian salumiere, Oliviero “Olli” Colmignoli. The products are made with pork from pigs raised on family-owned sustainable farms. We are going to be sampling Olli’s from 4-7pm today. Come on in an try a sample.
