Seed Saving

The New York Times just posted a great article on an acquaintance of ours, Gary Paul Nabhan, of  Arizona. Gary, a conservation biologist and inveterate seed-saver works hard to save and preserve heirloom seeds, especially his favorites, hot chilies.

He’s part of a growing group of conservationist aiming to preserver rare and nearly extinct heirloom seed varieties. To read the full article from The New York Times, click here.
