We were lucky enough to be part of VCU’s InSight featuring a short report on tattoos in the Richmond workplace. Here at Ellwood’s we don’t have a tattoo policy and it certainly won’t effect you getting a job. The only thing we ask is if you have an offensive tattoo that you keep it covered. We feel that your body is your body and how you want to represent that is up to you. Over half of our employee’s have visible tattoos that still deliver great customer service and product knowledge on a daily basis. Thanks Richmond!
