What is Farmers Cheese?

We just got in a bunch of Farmers Cheese and it is delicious. What is Farmers Cheese, you ask…Well it is kind of like a drier version of Cottage Cheese, with a really fresh taste. It is a really great cooking cheese or additive to any salad. Read the rest of this post »
