At Ellwood Thompson’s Local Market, we don’t go for GMOs. Genetically modified organisms/genetically modified foods are not part of our product mix in any way, shape or form. All tofu products contain natural, non-modified soybeans. Produce is grown naturally without scientific manipulation. Meat and seafood are raised on real sustenance, too; there’s no modified, genetically enhanced food to be found. At ET’s it’s real, honest, food.
