You may know by now that we’ve gone local at Ellwood’s. In fact, we changed our name from Ellwood Thompson’s Natural Market to Ellwood Thompson’s Local Market. Why?
We’re still committed to bringing you the best natural and organic products, but we’re also dedicated to offering the best local fare, too. We think it’s important to know the source of our food. As large corporate food producers seek competitively priced ingredients, often times sourced globally, we all need to know our food is safe.
And local food is fresher so it tastes better and maintains more nutrients. It’s not trucked or flown in from other parts of the country, so resources are conserved in the process.
Consider local food super health food, not only for your health, but for the health of local farms, our local economy and our environment.
