Rove des Garrigues reffers to these beautiful wild/grass bushes that grow abundantly in the southern part of France. These bushes have an almost wet-leaf/earthiness aroma to them. The goats enjoy these wild bushes, thus giving the cheese that certain flavor and aroma. This French Goat Cheese is not as aged as acrottin, but a little more aged than fresh. Bright, tangy and deliciously creamy. Come get them while you can, $6.99/ea.
