Our good buddy Joel Salatin spoke this past weekend at the American Conservation Film Festival, particularly speaking on his work in “Fresh”, and “Food, Inc.” Joel’s Polyface Farms have gained national recognition through press and media, and his methods have been coined as “the next generation of farming.” You can read a great, short little interview by clicking here, definitely a good read.
