Just in time for 4th of July cookouts, Mike Clark from Clark Farms in Burkesville Virginia (less than 50 miles from Ellwood Thompson’s) will be here on Wednesday grilling up 100% grass fed Greenway beef samples. Clark Farms raises 100% grass fed beef cattle that are hormone and antibiotic free as well as recipients of the Virginia’s Finest designation. So come out Wednesday and meet Mike, and taste beef raised naturally. Greenway beef is on sale July 1st-5th for $5.99/lb.
