Mother’s Garden

I took a trip home this past weekend to visit the family and for fathers day. My mom gave me a tour of her newly renovated back yard garden in Buckingham County.
Red & green lettuce & spring mix
Lima Beans
Onions
Cabbage
More beans
Early tomatoes
Squash
Wild Flowers
Cilantro
What was left after the basil that we harvested for pesto.
Bergamot
Dill
My mom has a mean green thumb, she can grow anything. I’d say 60% of the veggies she eats she grows, the rest, she ges from friends. All grown organically right in her back yard.
