Capricho de Cabra and Strawberries

Capricho de Cabra is a young goat log from Spain, creamy the way a French Montrachet is with a touch more salt. Combined with Fresh Strawberries coming out of the Shennandoah Valley and a touch of drizzled honey on top makes for a delightful spring time dessert.
I will be sampling this today in Indulge, come by and have a taste.
