Amanda Snyder from Primitive Soaps in Charlottesville, VA will be teaching two soapmaking 101 workshops in Richmond this spring at the very cool gallery space in Artworks. Primitive Soaps been making natural, eco-friendly soaps for years and are located right here in Virginia.Soapmaking 101 Workshop: March 29, 1-3:30 p.m. at Artworks. $85. Learn to make homemade olive oil soap! Students will learn about techniques, safety and materials and make their own batch of soap (about 8-10 bars). All materials are included.
