I hate soy yogurt.
I don’t eat dairy based yogurt, and apart from using Wildwood unsweetened plain soy yogurt as an impressive egg substitute in baked goods, I can’t really stomach the stuff. So I was really quite eager to try Soy Delicious’ yogurt made with cultured coconut milk upon learning of its existence! I was very impressed, especially by the blueberry and mango passion fruit flavors. It is soothingly smooth and creamy with just a hint of coconut flavor, and not too sweet.
So Delicious coconut milk yogurt is certified vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free! It contains 6 live and active cultures with pre- and probiotics, and even chicory root extract (inulin) which adds 2 grams of fiber per serving, for enhanced intestinal health. An excellent source of medium chain fatty acids, enriched with vitamin B12, and formulated for maximum calcium absorption, it is as nutritious as it is palatable!
At the request of several Ellwood’s customers and stewards, So Delicious coconut milk yogurt now appears in our dairy case. Please be sure to come by and try one of each flavor (plain, vanilla, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry banana, passionate mango) to discover your favorite! Wow! I tried the vanilla with my Zadie’s Granola and a splash of Maple Syrup for breakfast, this yogurt is truly amazing. I can not wait to try the other flavors.
