Oh my, just like Pumpkin Pie

And why, may you ask, is a cheesemonger writing about pumpkin pie? I’m glad you asked. Goats R Us, one of our favorite virginia cheesemakers, has made a pumpkin chevre for the season that is just amazing. I was sampling it to our customers on slices of locally grown fuji apples.
It is a very seasonal flavor, so if you are interested, come early and get some before it is all gone.
