Fleur de Marquis

Fleur de Marquis, or Flower of the Bramble Bush is a Corsican Sheep’s Milk Cheese wrapped in herbs (rosemary, savory, juniper berries, along with a few others). I have to say what we currently have in the dept is in the best condition and best tasting that I have seen all this year. There is a softer, riper edge where the herbs lie, allowing it to just melt nicely in your mouth.
We put some out to sample with a vouvrey the other evening and it was simply delicious.
Come on it and buy some.
