today we are featuring on our fresh HOT BAR:
Chicken with Artichoke Alfredo Sauce: chicken, milk, parmesan, butter, artichokes, garlic, white wine, salt and pepper.
Creamy Penne Pasta: penne pasta, pine nuts, basil, spinach, parmesan, extra virgin olive oil, almonds, butter, cream, white wine, salt and pepper, unbleached flour. Vegetarian!
Tomato Basil Green Beans: green beans, tomatoes, onions, basil, salt and pepper, olive oil. This is Gluten free!
Quinoa with Corn and Capers: quinoa, corn, red onions, capers, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. This is Vegan and Gluten Free!
Steamed Vegetable Medley. Vegan
Basmati Rice.






I found this place that sells all kind of Gluten Free food and snacks. http://www.WholeAndNatural.com. I had a great experience with them the last few times. Thanks to them I can have lots of yummy treats.
