Did you know that our hot bar will be expanding? We’d like to hear your thoughts on what you’d like to see happen.
Today, we are featuring the following:
Chicken Cacciatore — Bell & Evans, Ellwood’s Own Marinara, Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Green Olives, Garlic, Salt, Pepper
Ray’s Seitan with Plum Sauce - Seitan (flour, water, soy sauce, kombu), OG Plums, Tamari, Chili Paste, Evaporated Cane Juice, Rice Wine Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Coarn Starch, Salt, Cayenne (Vegan)
Greek Style Cous Cous — Cous Cous, Feta Cheese, Diced Tomatoes (Vegetarian)
Tuscan Vegetables — Squash, Zucchini, Bell Peppers, Onions, Chickpeas, Tomatoes, Rosemary, Oregano, Garlic, Salt, Pepper (Vegan)
Cilantro Green Beans - Green Beans, Cilantro, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil (Vegan)
Basmati Rice - Basmati Rice, Filtered Water






Separate sections for the meat and vegetable dishes would be good. Just in case.
