New Chef Prepared Items

We have updated our meat case with brand new chef prepared items. There is a very tasty pork tenderloin roulade. It starts with our Niman’s antibiotic and hormone free pork tenderloin that is pounded flat then filled with our house made spinach parmigian spread and then rolled into an easy to cook delicious entree. We also have a new stuffed chicken breast. It starts with our Shenendoah Family Farms free range, organic, chicken breast that is stuffed with Laura Chanel goat cheese, organic roma tomato, and organic spinach.
