Cheese Class

There will be a cheese clas held Thursday Sept 4th at 7:30 pm till 8:30 pm. This will be An Introduction to Sheep’s Milk Cheese. We will look at the variety of Sheep cheeses being carried here at Ellwood’s, along with some fun facts about nutrition and flavor profiles to expect from different regions around the world. Sign up sheet is at Customer Service. So, if you have an hour to join us, please do, there will be tastings.
