Constant Bliss

*grin* No, I’m not speaking of my state of mind. Constant Bliss is a wonderful raw cow’s milk cheese made by the Kehler Brothers at Jasper Hill Farm in Vermont. This cheese will vary throughout the year as the seasons change, but it has been one of my favorite american artisan cheese for a few years now. The milk is sweet and there is a layer of nutty flavors that is distinctive.
It’s a perfect cheese to highlight in a cheese course or share with a loved one over a glass of wine.
