I just want to say, if you like cheese, check out this class! Dany and I were talking about goat cheese the other day (I <3 goat cheese) and I learned so much in 5 minutes. Then she offered me a sample of a new goats’ milk Camembert and it was delicious - completely different from any other goat cheese I’ve ever tasted, different yet delicious. Yum!
